Using
Mycro99%K Supreme Blend®
or Keeper™ in the ice can keep the decomposition down, without
harming or causing an aftertaste on the seafood. It simply breaks down to salt
and is not neutralized by saltwater. Chlorine dioxide helps exceptionally with odor control
and can destroy bacteria and microorganisms up
to 99.999%. Although everything that you catch and keep stays cold with
the ice, some bacteria and microorganisms thrive in those temperatures such as Listeria
and others simply remain dormant until they get to the right
temperature. It will help preserve your catch and keep the decomposition
